Before you request deletion

We’re sorry to see you go. On this page you can request permanent deletion of your DeliGo account and learn what happens to your data.

When you delete your DeliGo account, your profile, saved addresses, and in-app settings will be removed from our active systems. Some information may be kept for a limited time where required by law (for example, invoices, payment records, or information related to fraud prevention).

What will happen:
  • Your account will be permanently deactivated and you won’t be able to log in.
  • Upcoming rides or food / market orders will be cancelled.
  • Promotions, wallet balance, and loyalty / Plus benefits will be lost.
  • Some data will be retained as required by tax, anti-fraud, and regulatory obligations (for example, TVDE / transport regulations).
Need only to change details?

If you just want to update your name, email, phone number, payment method, or marketing preferences, you don’t need to delete your account. You can change these directly in the DeliGo app under Profile > Settings.
