Driver Onboarding

Getting Started as a DeliGo Driver

Follow these steps to start driving with DeliGo:

  • Download the DeliGo Driver App on your smartphone.
  • Upload your driver’s license, vehicle documents, and ID.
  • Wait for verification and onboarding approval.
  • Complete training, then go online and start accepting rides.
Driver Trip Help

Trip Help & App Assistance

Manage rides efficiently using the in-app tools:

  • Use DeliGo’s built-in GPS for accurate routes and live traffic updates.
  • Always confirm the passenger’s name before starting the trip.
  • Mark trips as “Completed” only after drop-off confirmation.
  • Report any app or passenger issue through “Help & Support.”
Driver Payments

Payments & Incentives

Monitor your ride earnings, bonuses, and incentives easily within the app:

  • View all earnings in Driver App → Earnings.
  • Payments are sent weekly to your registered bank account.
  • Special incentives are shown under the Promotions tab.
  • Tips earned are automatically added to your next payout.
Driver Safety

Safety & Compliance

Safety is our top priority for both drivers and passengers:

  • Keep your documents and vehicle up to date at all times.
  • Always verify passenger identity before ride start.
  • Avoid distracted driving — use hands-free phone mounts.
  • In emergencies, use the in-app Safety Button to contact help.

Frequently Asked Questions

DeliGo Drivers receive payments every Monday. Transfers usually reach your bank within 24–48 hours.

If a passenger cancels after you arrive at the pickup location, you may still receive a partial cancellation fee, depending on timing and trip type.
