Get Started: Partner Onboarding

Set up your store and start receiving orders in a few simple steps:

  • Create your account in the DeliGo Vendor Dashboard.
  • Upload documents (business license, NIF, bank IBAN, menu/catalog).
  • Configure opening hours, delivery radius, and prep times.
  • Go live after verification and receive your first orders.

Menu / Catalog & Order Management

Keep your menu or product catalog accurate to avoid cancellations and delays:

  • Update item names, prices, and photos in Menu/Catalog.
  • Mark items “Out of Stock” instantly to prevent wrong orders.
  • Accept or reject orders within the SLA; set realistic prep times.
  • Use in-app chat to coordinate with riders for smooth handoffs.
Payouts and Billing

Payouts, Fees & Invoices

Track your revenue and settlements directly in the Vendor Dashboard:

  • Weekly payouts to your registered bank account.
  • Download invoices and statements for accounting.
  • View commission, delivery fees, and adjustments per order.
  • Report missing/incorrect payouts within 7 days.

Improve Ratings & Grow Sales

Simple tips to boost conversion, ratings, and repeat orders:

  • Use high-quality images and clear item descriptions.
  • Offer bundles/combos and time-bound discounts.
  • Keep average prep time low; confirm orders quickly.
  • Monitor reviews and respond to issues proactively.

Go to Store Settings → Availability and toggle “Pause Orders.” Remember to set a resume time to go live automatically.

Yes. Use Schedules to enable lunch/dinner menus or time-based pricing (e.g., happy hour).

If an issue is reported (missing/wrong item, quality concerns), DeliGo may apply an adjustment. You can review all adjustments in Billing → Adjustments and dispute within 7 days.
