Help with Orders

Having trouble placing an order or tracking your food delivery? Here’s what to do:

  • Make sure your location and payment method are updated in the app.
  • If an order isn’t showing, refresh your “Orders” page.
  • Use the in-app chat to contact your delivery rider directly.
  • If the restaurant hasn’t confirmed, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Our riders work hard to bring your food hot and fresh. If something goes wrong:

  • Track your delivery live in the app to see your rider’s route.
  • If your order is delayed, contact the rider or restaurant directly.
  • For missing or incorrect items, report the issue through “Order Help.”
  • You may request a refund if the restaurant confirmed the issue.

We support multiple payment options and fast refund processing:

  • Pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
  • For failed payments, check with your bank or payment app.
  • Refunds are automatically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • View all transactions in App → Orders → Payment History.
Food Safety

Food Safety & Quality

We partner only with licensed restaurants and verified riders to ensure hygiene and safety:

  • All restaurants follow DeliGo’s food safety and packaging standards.
  • Riders are trained to handle and transport food responsibly.
  • If you receive spoiled or unsafe food, report immediately for investigation and refund.
  • We monitor partner performance regularly to maintain quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders can be cancelled before the restaurant confirms preparation. Once confirmed, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a small fee.

If your food arrives late or cold, please report it in Order Help → “Delivery Issue.” Our support team will review and issue compensation if applicable.

Go to My Orders → select your order → tap “Help” → choose “Request Refund.” Refunds are reviewed within 24 hours.
